Classic Catalog Request

To receive catalogs please fax a copy of your Sales & Use Tax permit or a copy of your Business License to us at 713-627-8664. Catalogs cannot be sent out until a copy of these items are on file. Please keep in mind we can only process catalog requests for retailers in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas & Mississippi. These are the states we represent. If you are located in any other state please contact the local sales rep for that area.
