To receive catalogs please fax a copy of your Sales & Use Tax permit or a copy of your Business License to us at 713-627-8664. Catalogs cannot be sent out until a copy of these items are on file. Please keep in mind we can only process catalog requests for retailers in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Kansas, Nebraska and Illinois. These are the states we represent. If you are located in any other state please contact the local sales rep for that area.

Please indicate the companies/lines that you are interested in and answer all questions completely. No catalogs or wholesale information will be sent without complete information about your business.
